The building at #18-20 “Gogol”-Street, Sofia was finished back in 1998 to be the main bank-office of RAIFFEISENBANK (BULGARIA) AD. The house has a Gross floor area of 5,100 m2 .

The building consists of two adjoining sections “Gogol” 18 and “Gogol” 20 with blank walls and two-level basements. Because of the specific conditions of the construction site, reinforcement foundation piling and a waterproofing basin had to be built up.

This building is being constructed in compliance with the West European standards and under the control and instructions of an Austrian architectural and consulting company.
