On a plot of 1135 m², one-family house with 2 garages and a housekeeper-apartment, with total floor area of 841 m², is built-up.

The building complex consists of two buildings:

• three-storey house with a basement, with total floor area of 769 m²,

• small two-storey building with total floor area of 72 m² situated in the west corner of the yard, near the entrance.

In the small building a double garage at the upper level and lodgings for the people taking care of the house, with two rooms and a bathroom, at the lower level are placed.

The house was sold in 2013.

The Zelen Bor street is situated southwest of the plot, forming the border between the Simeonovo residential district and the forest of the Vitosha Park.

The house is situated in the Simeonovo residential district, near the road to Bistritsa, at the foot of Vitosha mountain, and has a splendid view to the entire Sofia plain.

The terrain is characterized by a certain displacement, shaped by means of a cascade-type supporting wall, laid out with shrubs and perennials. The level difference has been used skillfully, in terms of architectural design, forming the approach to the building by means of an arch-shaped stairway, surrounded by aquatic facilities – a waterfall, a fountain, and a pond.

The automatic control system for the operation of the water installations, the irrigation of the grass and drip irrigation of the shrubs is installed on the lawns and in the aquatic facilities. The old white pine growing in the yard was also preserved during the construction.
