SHTASTLIVETSA is the biggest hotel on the Vitosha mountain. It was constructed in 1969, with a gross floor area of ca. 12 000 m2. We acquired  the hotel together with the surrounding area of 7500 m2.

The Hotel is the nucleus of the Vitosha ski center and is situated only 18 km away from the city of Sofia. It is easily accessible by cabin-lift, by car or by city bus.

This project is aimed at promoting the new vision of the SHTASTLIVETSA Hotel in accordance with the international standards. The main goals of the project include the enhancement and maximum development of the potential of the Hotel, and its transformation into a center of attraction for visitors with various interests.
